STÄHLE GmbH is a globally operating company for automotive test systems such as driving robots, steering or actuator systems & switching robots.

From its headquarters in Wimsheim (Baden-Württemberg), Stähle GmbH supplies automotive manufacturers as well as universities, test laboratories and suppliers worldwide with – over the years – more than 1,100 robot systems. The range of applications is broad with emission tests, EV range, acoustics, climate, endurance, EMC, R&D etc. as well as AD, ADAS, NCAP and driving dynamics tests on proving grounds. Furthermore, STÄHLE systems are also used unmanned – without safety driver for endurance, bad road or fleet management.

Besides all these applications, STÄHLE maintains a policy of openness by offering compatibility with equipment of different brands. Their SFPhybrid robot has an innovative design with an installation time in less than 10 minutes and is suitable for any type of vehicle. And on top of that, STÄHLE solutions allow bridging from test bench testing / applications to proving ground testing / as well as simulation (SIL, HIL, VIL).
